How we quote

No price list. Your written quote names every item with its amount, one-off and monthly kept apart.

Three offers, one way of quoting

What you pay for in each

Each offer is quoted on its own. Setup is one-off, running work is monthly, and the quote says which is which.

01 · B2B outbound

Companies with a reason to talk now

One-off
Sending domains, mailboxes and warm-up. Texts for each language. Matching against your customers.
Monthly
Research and signal checks for your volume. Sending, delivery checks and the report.
The amount follows
Volume per month, languages and markets, how hard the signals are to confirm, and how far we take replies.
Plan your volume

02 · Klaviyo

Email for online shops

One-off
The audit, at a fixed fee. Repairs and new flows, priced from what the audit finds.
Monthly
Campaigns, tests and a monthly analysis, if you want us to run the programme.
The amount follows
What the audit finds. In one audit, 30 of 689 possible actions were worth doing.
What the audit covers

03 · Automation

One process off your desk

One-off
Mapping the process and building it in your systems, read-only first.
Monthly
Running it, every run logged, exceptions to a named person, and the report.
The amount follows
How many systems the process touches, how often it runs, and how many steps wait for approval.
How a process runs

Before you decide on Klaviyo, check whether the programme pays for itself in the email margin calculator.

Always included

Never billed separately

Some work protects you, your customers and your domains. It is part of every quote and never appears as an extra.

Matching and opt-outs

Customers, open deals and past refusals are matched out first. Anyone who opts out is removed everywhere.

Read-only first

In Klaviyo and in your systems we start with read access. Nothing changes until you approve the plan.

Your approval before it acts

In automation, every step that sends, books or changes data waits for a person on your side.

The monthly report

Every monthly engagement ends the month with a report and the plan for the next one.

Questions

What buyers ask before they ask for a quote.

Why is there no price on this page?

Two quotes for the same offer differ in volume, markets, findings or systems. We price your items, not a package.

Can we start with one offer?

Yes. Each offer is quoted on its own, and you can add another one later.

Do you charge per meeting or per lead?

No. Both reward quantity over fit. For outbound you pay for setup and volume, and the report shows what they produced.

How is Klaviyo work priced?

The audit is a one-off fee. Repairs, new flows and monthly work are priced from what the audit finds.

How is automation priced?

Building the process is one-off. Running it is monthly, set by the systems, the runs and the approval steps.

Can we pause?

Yes, month by month. In outbound, mailboxes may need warming up again after a longer pause.

Who holds the sending domains?

They are registered in your name and listed in the quote, as is what we hand over at contract end.

Is there a minimum term?

The term is set in the written quote. For outbound, you set the volume again each month.

Your written quote

Tell us the offer and your volume, shop or process. A person replies. See who reads your enquiry.

  • 01We read your enquiry and check the fit.
  • 02A first call about scope, markets, shop or systems.
  • 03A written quote, priced item by item.
